JAYMEE STOUT PHOTOGRAPHY

My name is Jaymee Stout.

 

Currently, I'm a sophomore attending Carmel High School in Carmel, Indiana. I've always enjoyed taking photos and making websites, and over the year I have joined HiLite, the school newspaper, as a photographer. I enjoy taking photos because it lets the photographer capture a moment and let your creativity run wild. There are many ways to display the photos that you have taken, such as displaying them on a website. To me, taking photos of simple things such as flowers and grass can be nice, but it isn't interesting. It does not tell a story, convey a message, or have any deeper meaning. When you take a newsorthy photo that succesfully conveys a story or meaning you know you have a great photo. You don't see any Pulitzer Prize winning photos of puppies and pebbles, do you?
